Business plan
Catherine has a small room in Bunakija next to the stage where she runs her tailoring business. Catherine normally buys her textile materials from Owino market in Kampala since they sell at a relatively cheaper price compared to those whole sellers in Mukono and she transports them in a taxi since they are always quite few up to her business place. catherine says that she has been blessed with the strategic location of her business being right in the middle of the town and this exposes her to a variety of customers and of recent she also got a contract with a school to sew their uniforms at a relatively attractive price something that brought a smile on her face though the challenge she has is that her capital is a bit less and that is the reason she wants a loan from sypo.
Personal situation
Catherine was born in Kulubi and her father when she was still young so she grew up with her mother who educated her to senior four and she was enrolled for a tailoring course and she says that she later started teaching in a nursery school after her course and its her savings from teaching that she used to buy a sewing machine.
