Business plan
Jane has been plaiting hair for 1 year which she does in a saloon where she is employed. She adds that she is paid per person she works on and when she doesn't work, she is not paid. She adds that she is tired of being paid peanut yet she works a lot and she needs a loan to start her own saloon to earn more. She further explains that with the experience she has gained and the clients she has built, she is ready to start her own and she is sure of making it bigger. She will buy a few chemicals, some braids and a hand drier to start with and buy more when the business catches up.
Personal situation
Jane ran away from school with her boyfriend while she was in senior 3. She now stays with him while farming to support her family. She also enrolled in hair dressing at a nearby saloon where she also part times but she would like a loan to start her own to stop being paid peanuts.
