Business plan
Gidah says that she would like to start dealing in coffee as she buys raw coffee and she dries them then she takes to the mill to remove husks and she sells at higher prices. She will buy a weighing scale and a carpet for drying on the coffee. She also wants to buy eggs from the farmers and she boils as she sells from her place. She will also be making samosas of which she would like to stock baking flour and cooking oil to avoid buying in small quantities which is expensive. She would like to invest in maize growing as well which she says that if she times the season, she can get good yield and maize is very profitable. She hopes to work hard and she furthers her education.
Personal situation
Gidah says that she dropped out of senior four due to lack fees and she started crop farming and keeping animals and now she wants to start trading coffee and eggs to get more for furthering her education.
