Business plan
Benah's business is a salon which she has operated for three years in the town of Namaiba and currently she wishes to add braids and weaves, Vaseline, puff holders, bungles, rollers, and other cosmetics. She rents her business premises at 100,000/= per month. She buys her salon items from Kampala and uses transport of 10,000/= to and from. She works on both ladies and gentlemen as she employed someone to be shaving men’s hair. She says that after adding the loan to her business, she expects her business to be boosted and also customers to increase as well as her profitability because many times they order for things she doesn’t have but now she will be in position to serve all.
Personal situation
Benah studied up to primary seven because her parents didn’t have money, she secured a job to work in a retail shop for 1 year and later got married. Currently, she works together with her husband in crop farming for 5 years to date and also has a salon.
