Business plan
Mary a retail shop operator laments that her business would be profitable but capital is really very small because her customers come and make orders when she doesn’t have the items. In addition to that, when she buys in small quantities which makes it very expensive for her in terms of transport. She expects the loan to help her serve her customers wherever they need her service hence getting more profits to help her honor her family responsibilities.
Personal situation
Mary said that immediately after dropping out of school, she got married and started to make local-brew (crude) with her husband while the profits would be invested in coffee buying and selling. So when they got enough profits, they opened up a retail shop which they have operated for 17 years to date.
