Business plan
Khamiyati is a raw food trader who buys most her food items that entail cassava, sweet potatoes and yams from the farmers in her home area and at times in the season of scarcity she buys the food from other farmers across the nearby villages. Khamiyati says that at the moment most of the farmers around her home town have crops that have not yet matured and thus she has to look for food from other villages which is very costly when it comes to transportation hence the need for a loan to necessitate all this and thus earn some profits that she will use to keep her business running and also carter for her children’s needs.
Personal situation
Khamiyati was born in Kasawo district and its where she studied from upto her primary seven and dropped out since her father had passed on and yet her mother did not have any money to educate her. she later got married and the husband brought her to Mpaata.
