Faridah a hard working poor local restaurant owner in Nakisunga says that, she prepares breakfast and lunch. She prepares meals like bananas, rice and posho served with beef, beans, fish and ground nuts. Her restaurant has stayed for 4 years now and she has one helper. After getting the loan, she plans to buy some foods in bulk cheaply. For the piggery project, she has four pigs which she rears from her home on zero grazing but intends to add more three pigs since it’s a very good investment and also their market is always stable and appealing.
