Sarah runs a piggery and motorcycle business, she sells piglets and pigs ready to be eaten. The motorcycle business which earns her a daily income. She says that, motorcycle stage is strategically located along the main road that passes through the trading center, she makes gets many clients and these have yield profit which helps her provide food and education for her children. She believes that, this business can grow and in the future help her raise her children with quality education as well as sustaining the home especially along the lines of providing food and medication.
Sarah was born in ssenyi, studied in Wakiso district and after her Ordinary-level she went to Teaching Training College in Nkonkonjeru were she obtained a certificate in teaching. She started teaching in a primary school in Ssenyi. However the administration was not paying their salary on time so she decided to quit and later got married in Ssi ,with her little saving and help of the husband she started keeping pigs and farming in order to earn a living.Sarah also used her savings to buy a motorcycle which earns her a daily income the motorcycle operates in ssi trading centre and the surrounding villages.
