Miriam is hard working and social. She plants grass for her cows as well as applies fertilizers to the gardens and she says the 3 pigs she owns needs proper feeding to attract good market price. She has half an acre of bananas which needs fertilizers such that the crops grow well. Miriam’s loan will help her buy fertilizers, maize feeds for her piggery farming and pesticides. This will enable her earn income to help her get out of poverty and be wealthy like other people.
Personal situation 
Miriam was born in Kiyoola but she stayed with her mother who had divorced and they used to weave baskets and mats as well as farming inorder to raise money for her siblings. She later got married and worked hand in hand to raise their children.
