Business plan
Mariam says she has been in the crop farming business for over 10 years and most of the times she rents the land where she does her cultivation purposes since her own plot of land is too small and yet to keep her business running she has to be with a bigger percentage of land that is why she wants to take out a loan and be able to educate her grandchildren with the more profits that she will have made.
Personal situation
Mariam says that when her husband married a second wife, she was forced to learn to fend for herself since she had many children to look after and later on grand children so she decided to start commercialized farming.
