Susan has been operating a stationary shop for 2 years as she sells items like reams of paper, books, chalk, art books, pens, pencil and files. She also offers laminating, photocopying and printing services. She would like to use the loan buy a new printer and computer since the ones she has are faulty and she is tired of repairing them. She says that sometimes she gets clients and she fights with a printer trying to fix it before it can work which makes clients run away from her. She hopes that after getting new machines she will provide better services and also make better sales to help improve on her standard of living.
