Zabrani runs a grocery stall business in Ssi trading centre. She sells variety of vegetables for instance cabbages, tomatoes, eggplants and other home consumed items such as silverfish, sugar and cooking oil. She buys the items like silverfish from Ssenyi and the vegetable from the vegetable farmers of Ssi and Santana. She says it's convenient and helps her watch over her children while she and since the business is strategically located along the main road that passes through the trading center, she makes good sells and these yield profit which helps her provide food and medication for her children, She believes that, this business can grow and in the future help her raise her children with quality education.

Zabrani was born in Ssi, studied at Ssi primary school and went to Victoria secondary school but dropped out in senior two due to lack of money. Zabrani was born in family with many children and it has been hard for their parents to pay school fees for them.
