Business plan
Miriam keeps local cattle but she would like to buy an exotic cow to boost her milk production. She currently sells about 10 littres of milk but she says that if she buys an exotic cow which gives more milk she will be able to satisfy her clients demand. She has someone who booked all her milk and he takes it for sale in Lugazi. She would like to build a shelter for it since such cows are not kept on free range system. Miriam plans to become the leading producer of milk in her village and she opens up a diary to stop selling her milk cheaply such that she makes more sales to get her out of poverty
Personal situation
Miriam is a retired teacher who used to only grow crops until but after retiring, she started keeping animals and she would like to boost the same business.
