Betty Narrates that she runs her restaurant in luwombo village in which she cooks and sells food such as rice, posho, sweet potatoes, bananas, Meat, fish and chicken. She buys her food stuffs from the shop around and the bananas are bought from the farmers around but her biggest challenge is cooking oil and rice which she would like to stock in order to avoid buying in small quantities and get at a reduced price since she will buy in large quantities as this will enable her earn more profits. She will also buy a heifer which she will keep for milk production and also getting more cattle as it produces. She hopes to work hard and she educates her children from better schools.
Personal situation 
Betty narrates that after dropping out of school due to lack of fees, she started helping her parents with garden work then she got married. She continued farming, making pancakes and opened up a restaurant which she runs to date.
