Business plan
Lydia makes bricks for 2 years. She says it involves a lot of work like fetching water and mixing soil which is the hardest, making firewood and making bricks. This however does not scare her considering the profits she always earns after all her labor. However this is hard for her as it needs a lot of support so she is requesting for a loan to employ some people to help her with the extra work. Her earnings are higher if the numbers of bricks made are more and she expects to make 1,000 bricks with the help of the loan.
Personal situation
Lydiais among those who suffered due to the death of her parents and was brought up by her Aunt. She is married to a builder and for several years she does casual work in her village to earn a living. She learnt to make bricks and is hopeful that this will offer long term financial support to her family.
